Meet Your Hygienist

Laurie's aim as an oral health care provider is to be a vital instrument in inculcating the significance of mandatory dental hygiene to all citizens be here or anywhere in the world.

She earned her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in National University, Manila, Philippines and received her Dental Hygiene degree (RDH) in Carrington College in San Jose, California. She received a 100% score on her clinical board exam administered by the Western Regional Examination Board (WREB). She pursued her Alternative Practice Program (RDHAP) in University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni - School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. She trained and was granted her Associate Fellowship Soft Tissue Laser Certification by the World Clinical Laser Institute.

Driven by a lifelong passion and a big heart for vulnerable populations, Laurie transitioned from her background as a foreign-trained dentist, dental assistant, and dental hygienist to become a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP). Recognizing that frail elderly individuals and people with special needs face extreme difficulties visiting traditional clinics, she dedicated her career to bringing care directly to them. Through her specialized mobile dental hygiene practice, she travels to homes and care facilities, delivering vital, compassionate oral healthcare directly to the bedsides of patients who need it most.

Whenever she gets the chance, she travels the world and tries new fun activities. Being an avid foodie, she likes to explore different restaurants locally and overseas. She enjoys the adventure of exploring exotic dishes and delicacies. Her current hobbies are kick boxing, playing pickle ball, and golfing.
