Regular Cleaning

Includes thorough cleaning with an ultrasonic machine, manual scaling, flossing, and teeth polishing. Each appointment also provides personalized oral hygiene instructions tailored for you or your caregiver, ensuring you keep up with a healthy mouth, teeth, and a better understanding of your dental care needs.

Deep Cleaning
(Scaling and Root Planing)
Deep cleaning is a non-surgical treatment designed to address active gum disease characterized by bleeding and inflammation, particularly when pockets are deeper. This process involves topical and/ or local anesthesia, followed by the removal of plaque and tartar from below the gum line, then smoothing the roots to promote tissue healing and manage the disease effectively. This can significantly improve gum health and prevent further complications or possible gum infections.
Custom treatment plan per quadrant or
localized (1-3 teeth)
Periodontal Maintenance
every 3 or 4 months
A specialized cleaning designed specifically for patients who have undergone deep cleaning or gum surgery. Unlike regular cleanings, this treatment involves deeper scaling below the gumline every 3–4 months to effectively remove bacteria, manage pocket depths, and prevent the recurrence of active gum disease. As part of the process, we also utilize subgingival irrigation with an antiseptic rinse to enhance your recovery.
Starting at $300
Laser Bacterial Reduction
(Laser Pocket Decontamination)
A painless, non-invasive, dental procedure used as an adjunct periodontal treatment to kill up to 99% of pathogenic bacteria inside the gum pockets, using a high-intensity soft tissue diode laser around each tooth. Its goal is to control harmful bacteria, reduce inflammation, and stimulate tissue regeneration, while promoting healing and reducing cross-contamination. This is an optional treatment that can be done with regular cleanings, deep cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
Custom treatment plan
Gum Antibiotics
(Arestin® - localized delivery)
Locally delivered antibiotic to treat adult gum disease that is placed directly under deep gum pocket/s immediately after a deep cleaning, on selected sites. Its purpose is to fight bacteria and help reduce pocket depths. Arestin® helps control infection and is generally safe for most, though not to be used if allergic to tetracyclines and/ or during pregnancy. Prescription from a dentist is required before administration.
Starting at $50
Fluoride Treatment
(included in all services - optional)
Application of a high concentration fluoride (varnish, gel or foam) after a dental cleaning. Its a fast and painless application designed to strengthen enamel, reverse early tooth decay, and help relieve teeth sensitivity. Recommended for patients with high cavity risk, such as those with dry mouth.
Complimentary
Digital X-rays
(set of periapical and/or bitewings)
Digital dental X-rays are a modern diagnostic tool used during appointments (ideally once a year), or as needed to instantly capture high-resolution images of teeth and supporting structures. They are an excellent resource for evaluating bone loss and detecting plaque beneath the gum line. Digital x-rays have significantly lower radiation, making it a safer option for all patients. Additionally, these
x-rays can be easily forwarded to the dentist of record for a comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, ensuring optimal dental care.

Have Dental Insurance?
We operate as an out-of-network dental hygiene provider on a fee-for-service basis. This allows us to focus on personalized care and recommend treatment based on each patient’s individual oral health needs, rather than insurance limitations or coverage restrictions. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
For patients with dental insurance, we are happy to provide a dental superbill upon request. A dental superbill is a detailed, itemized receipt containing treatment codes, services rendered, and provider information that patients may submit directly to their insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their out-of-network benefits and coverage eligibility.
Please note that reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed. We encourage patients to contact their insurance carrier directly regarding specific out-of-network coverage questions.
